🐾 How to Use

Follow the steps below for proper application. For best adhesion, always apply the patch to a clean, completely dry ear flap and check your dog's ears regularly during wear.

Step 1 — Keep Your Dog Calm & Secure

Place your dog in a stable, comfortable position and gently keep them still while working around the ears. If needed, have another person calmly assist you during application.

Step 2 — Clean & Completely Dry the Ear Flap

Gently clean the visible inner surface of the ear flap using the included prep swab. Wipe away surface oils, dirt and loose debris from the area where the patch will be applied.

Allow the ear flap to dry completely before applying the patch. A clean, dry surface helps the adhesive stay securely in place.

⚠️ Important: Clean only the visible ear flap. Do not insert the prep swab, patch or any other object into the ear canal.

Step 3 — Apply the Main Ear Support Patch

Gently lift the ear into its natural upright position and smooth the inner ear flap so the application area is flat and free from folds.

Peel off the white release liner from the back of the coffee-brown ear support patch. Position the patch lengthwise inside the ear flap, following the natural shape of the ear.

Press the patch gently and evenly against the inner ear flap to help it adhere securely.

Make sure the patch stays on the ear flap and does not cover, block or enter the ear canal opening.

Step 4 — Secure the Ear Base Gently

If additional support is needed, use the included auxiliary adhesive strip around the lower ear area to help stabilize the ear and reduce unwanted movement.

The strip should be secure enough to stay in place, but never wrap or tighten it excessively. The ear should not appear pinched, compressed or swollen.

After application, check that the ear remains comfortably upright and that the ear opening is still clearly unobstructed.

Step 5 — Remove & Replace After 3 Days

Each main ear support patch and auxiliary adhesive strip is designed for single use only.

Remove the applied patch after 3 days of wear and replace it with a new patch if continued support is needed.

Once a patch or auxiliary strip has been removed, discard it immediately. Do not reapply, reposition or reuse a previously worn patch or strip, even if some adhesive remains.

If the patch becomes loose, wet, dirty, contaminated or starts peeling before the 3-day period is complete, remove it and replace it with a new, unused patch.

Before applying a replacement patch, gently clean the visible inner ear flap again and allow the skin to dry completely.

• Do not insert the patch or prep swab into the ear canal.
• Keep the ear canal opening unobstructed at all times.
• Never wrap the auxiliary support strip tightly around the ear.
• Keep the patch as clean and dry as possible during wear.
• Check the ear and surrounding skin regularly during use.
• Remove the patch immediately if your dog shows persistent scratching, unusual head shaking, swelling, redness, pain or other signs of discomfort.
• If you notice unusual discharge, strong odor, significant redness or signs of pain, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
