How do I place an order?

Choose a product, select any required options, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with your shipping and payment details. After payment, you will see your order number and receive an email confirmation.

All prices on Paws in Awe are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other enabled payment options. Exact options can vary by device, customer location, and Shopify checkout settings.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process within 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping is estimated at 7-14 business days after dispatch. Expedited Shipping is estimated at 4-8 business days after dispatch when available.

What shipping options are available?

Available shipping options are shown during checkout before payment. Current U.S. shipping options include Standard Shipping, Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders, and Expedited Shipping when available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $30 or more before taxes, discounts, and optional shipping upgrades.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout. You can also use the Track Order page for tracking instructions.

What is your return policy?

Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days after delivery if unused, clean, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging where possible. Contact support before sending a return.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent.
