Track Order

Use this page to understand where to find your Paws in Awe order status and shipment tracking information.

Order Status

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order was received by Paws in Awe.

Your order status may show as received, processing, shipped, completed, refunded, or on hold depending on where it is in the order flow.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If tracking is available, the carrier and tracking number will appear in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking may take 2-5 business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking link does not show movement right away, please allow the carrier time to scan and update the package.

What You Need

  • Your order number from the confirmation email.
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your tracking number if a shipping confirmation has already been sent.

If tracking has not updated, you cannot find your confirmation email, or you need help with a delivery update, email support@pawsinawe.com with your order number and checkout email.
