30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item should meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, clean, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- The item should be in its original packaging where possible.
- Accessories, inserts, parts, and proof of purchase should be included where possible.
- Items with pet hair, stains, odors, visible wear, or damage may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used grooming products, opened wipes, and hygiene items.
- Items with pet hair, stains, odors, or visible wear.
- Personalized or custom items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items when clearly marked.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, normal wear, or pet chewing.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@pawsinawe.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, checkout email, item name, return reason, and photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find defects, damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is usually to return the original item if eligible and place a new order. Exchanges may depend on item type and inventory availability.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the refund after approval.
