Processing Time

1-3 business days. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday before they enter transit. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping

7-14 business days after dispatch. Standard Shipping is $4.99 for U.S. orders under $30.

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders $30 or more before taxes, discounts, and optional shipping upgrades.

Expedited Shipping

4-8 business days after dispatch. Expedited Shipping is $9.99 when available at checkout.

Welcome to Paws in Awe. We designed this Shipping Policy to keep delivery fees, timelines, and order handling clear before checkout. By placing an order on pawsinawe.com, you agree to the terms below.

A. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: $4.99 for U.S. orders under $30.

Free Standard Shipping: available on U.S. orders $30 or more before taxes, discounts, and optional shipping upgrades.

Expedited Shipping: $9.99 when available at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated on the total order value after discounts and before taxes. Available shipping options are shown during checkout before payment.

B. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Standard Transit Time: 7-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Transit Time: 4-8 business days after dispatch when available.
  • Total Delivery Time: total time includes processing time plus transit time.

Delivery windows are estimates after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

C. Delivery Carriers

Depending on the destination and item type, orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, local courier partners, or other available carrier services.

D. Change of Address

If you need to modify the delivery address, contact us at support@pawsinawe.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

E. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Paws in Awe may not be responsible for replacement shipping costs.

F. Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after dispatch.

G. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, porch, mailroom, household members, neighbors, and local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.

H. Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and help with a suitable resolution.
