Paws in Awe ships eligible orders to supported destinations shown at checkout. Shipping options, carrier availability, and exact delivery costs may vary by destination and order details.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare, verify, pack, and hand your order to the shipping carrier.

Processing time is counted Monday-Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing may take longer.

Free Standard Shipping

Eligible orders over $30 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Optional shipping upgrades and destination-specific limitations are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Delivery delays

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, customs where applicable, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Paws in Awe may not be responsible for replacement shipping costs.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, porch, mailroom, household members, neighbors, and local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.

Lost, damaged, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and help with a suitable resolution.
